Inspects and measures components and finished products to determine compliance with engineering requirements. Creates and maintains records, data, and metrics containing all pertinent information necessary for quality assurance, as well as assisting with dispositioning nonconforming product. Acquires data through non-destructive and destructive testing on various product components for evaluation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Develop procedures, processes and coordinate efforts for quality system compliance. Participate and lead quality/continuous improvement projects with a goal of continuous process, system and product improvement. In coordination with account managers and purchasing department, work with customers and vendors on quality-related issues while being a self-motivated individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once.
