Position Objective
Lead one of the following departments - 2D, 3D, Big Steel Rack, Exhaust Systems, Pit Products, Tool Design, Quality, Shipping, Supply Chain, Machining, Tubing, or Welding. Manage employees (write reviews, train, and set schedule), work with other departments to produce parts, develop processes and create work instructions, and maintain equipment.
These positions require safe work practices that are clearly defined within company and department specific safety procedures. It is the responsibility of the manager/leader to require that employees of their responsibility work safely.
