Human Resources Generalist
Position Objective
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist run the daily functions of the HR department; will assist with the development and implementation of a robust, and creative recruitment strategy, employee data processes, time and attendance management, benefit coordination and day-to-day projects. Performs work of moderate difficulty in human resources, recruitment, marketing, and benefits administration. The position will assist with branding identity, strategic message development, and public relations as it relates to attracting and recruiting the highest quality of worker available while promoting Technique as the employer of choice. This position requires a result driven methodology and high standards of confidentiality.
