Position Objective
This is a skilled technical position. This position requires metal finishing and the ability to read blueprints and make fast and accurate decisions relating to the equipment and processes of the TRUMPF and MAZAK lasers. The position is responsible for the operations, programming, and maintenance of 2D flatbed laser cutting equipment. The position requires the use of precision measuring equipment.
These positions require safe work practices that are clearly defined within company and department specific safety procedures.
This position offers several shift options, including:
1st shift 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
2nd shift 12:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, shift premium applies.
2nd shift 3:45 p.m. – 2:15 a.m. Monday – Thursday, shift premium applies.
Weekend shift: 3/12-hour (36 hours/week) shift; compensated at 40 hours with shift premium.
Weekend day shift: 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Weekend night shift: 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
